SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY

When Jesus lived on this earth He ministered to all people. He healed the demon possessed, the lame and the blind. He spoke in public to the outcasts of society. Everyone deserved His love and attention. At Broadmoor we want to minister to all people, never excluding anyone from the opportunity to experience God's love.

In an effort to begin a special needs ministry here at Broadmoor, a small group of individuals have been busy researching our possibilities. In November, 2002, our church began hosting FRIDAY NIGHT FRIENDS, which is a special needs kid's night out. Through this ministry, we are bringing hope, love, support, and a much-needed evening of relief for the parents and caretakers of special needs children. We also offer Sunday morning and evening classes and activities for these children.

FRIDAY NIGHT FRIENDS

Friday Night Friends is an opportunity for children with special needs and their siblings to have fun together in an exciting environment. Sibling up to 5th grade and ALL children with special needs are welcome.
