The annual Shine Day of Service is a unique opportunity for the Broadmoor family to join fellow believers to shine bright the love, justice, and compassion of Christ to those who are need. SHINE 2012 is set to be an exciting time of service across the Jackson Metro area with great opportunities for all ages!

- Public Servants, Schools, Educators
- Johnson Elementary
- Madison Area Schools
- Hope Hollow
- MadCAAP (Madison Countians Allied Against Poverty)
- In His Steps
- The Christmas Village
- Jackson Street Ministry
Projects include landscaping/gardening, light construction/painting, food service, a food drive, block parties, clean up/organization, etc.

Shine 2012 Needs
SHINE FOOD & TOILETRIES DRIVE
Due to challenging economic times, many local food banks are nearing depletion of their resources. Through the SHINE FOOD & TOILETRIES DRIVE, we have the opportunity to show the love of Christ by supplying basic hygiene items and food to those in the Jackson metro area who would otherwise go without. Please take a look at some of the specific needs below. Thank you for your willingness to serve others!
ITEMS NEEDED:
- Canned Fruit, Vegetables, & Meat (Peaches, Beans, Tuna, Etc.)
- Boxed Starches (Mac & Cheese, Instant Potatoes, Rice, Etc.)
- Salty Items (Crackers, Chips, Pretzels, Etc.)
- Bottled Drinks (Water, Juice, Etc.)
- Baby Formula
- Diapers (Any Size)
- Anti-Bacterial Soap
- Hand Gel (Anti-Bacterial)
- Toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Shampoo
- Bath Soap
